Darcy Guello

Darcy Guello founded Guello Marketing in 2008, determined to help smaller businesses compete with the big players by working smarter—not just spending more. With 11 kids (8 hers, 3 her husband’s), 6 grandchildren, and one great grandchild (although she’s still not convinced she’s old enough for that title!), Darcy knows plenty about juggling priorities and finding creative solutions.

Living on a country estate in Michigan, Darcy kicks off her mornings running with her dog, then whips up healthy meals using eggs from her own hens, milk from an Amish neighbor, and fresh produce from the garden. Her philosophy is simple but powerful: look for opportunity in every problem, approach life as an adventure, and don’t expect to just get everything you want by dreaming—put your dreams into action with to-do lists and discipline to stay consistent, tweaking your list as you learn and grow, always keeping a great attitude because life is better that way. 

Darcy excels at developing inventive marketing strategies that help her clients outpace their competition. She values her team as if they were family, (which some of them are). They all hold in common the desire to exceed expectations and love what they do, in addition to being very smart, technologically gifted, and fun! A passion for making life easier for clients drives Guello Marketing’s reputation for smart solutions, responsive service, and enthusiastic support.

Off the clock, Darcy is mapping out her “big hairy audacious goal”:  to write a book about 8 years she spent living in caves in Israel and Palestine. It’s a big story, and she wants to tell it so it inspires others with what they can do with even the most primitive accomodations, as long as they take action, learn to believe in themselves, stay curious and keep a good attitude.
